Mark Woods

General Counsel

Mark Woods is General Counsel of Absolute, where he oversees all aspects of legal, compliance and government affairs.

Mark has more than fifteen years of experience as a corporate lawyer overseeing corporate governance and negotiating acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, commercial transactions, credit agreements, and capital raises. Most recently, Mark served as Absolute’s Vice President, Legal. Prior to joining Absolute, Mark held leadership positions at several technology companies, including in enterprise SaaS, digital media, robotics and logistics. Mark began his legal career at the law firms Latham & Watkins in New York, and Wilson Sonsini in San Francisco. Mark received his law degree from New York University School of Law and graduated from Marist College.
